The Opportunity 

Music Label Group (MLG) is expanding our creative roster and seeking versatile Music Producers to compose original tracks for sync licensing. In this role, you will create premium, broadcast-ready music targeted for placement in commercials, television shows, films, and trailers. 

 Your catalog will be represented by MLG and administered globally by Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), ensuring your intellectual property is protected, tracked, and fully monetized across all territories.

What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities

  • Compose & Produce: Create high-quality original music across multiple genres tailored to current sync trends and specific creative briefs.

  • Respond to Briefs: Turn around broadcast-ready tracks, edits, and revisions quickly to meet tight deadlines from music supervisors and ad agencies.

  • Deliverables Management: Provide fully mixed and mastered tracks, alternate mixes (instrumentals, clean versions, cutdowns), and organized audio stems for every project.

  • Catalog Building: Consistently generate new, unreleased material to build a proactive pitch catalog for future placements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in music production, beatmaking, or composing, with a portfolio of high-quality, finished tracks.

  • Expert-level proficiency in standard DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton, FL Studio) and advanced mixing/mastering capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of what works in sync (e.g., dynamic builds, edit points, clear emotional arcs, and non-clashing frequencies).

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver under strict deadlines.

  • Ownership of a professional production setup/studio.
