Get your recordings into Content ID, monetised, and your own channels whitelisted.

Meta delivery is handled separately from our main distribution. It has to be, because Facebook and Instagram match a recording to your accounts — and if that link is missing, or the same recording is already claimed by another distributor, your own posts get muted or taken down.

Your YouTube channels

This is the part that stops your own videos being claimed. Content ID whitelists by channel ID, not by handle or URL — those can both change.

Main channel URL Channel ID (starts UC…) YouTube Studio → Settings → Channel → Advanced settings. Is the channel in the YouTube Partner Programme? Do you have an Official Artist Channel?

What the recording is

Tracks and ISRCs

One row per recording. The ISRC is what Meta matches on — without it nothing can be linked to you.

Rights

We ask because a claim on a recording you don't fully control causes takedowns for everyone involved, including you.

Do you own 100% of the master? If not, who else owns it and what share? Do you control the publishing? PRO Any samples or interpolations? If yes, what and is it cleared?

Is this recording already in Content ID? Two assets on one recording is an ownership conflict and holds up both parties. The old one has to be released first. If yes, through which distributor? Are any of your videos being claimed right now?

Anything else we should know

I confirm I hold the rights to this recording, or I am authorised to act for whoever does, and I authorise Music Label Group to register and manage the rights claim for it on Facebook and Instagram.
