Facebook & Instagram distribution

Get your music onto Meta and make sure your own posts never get blocked by it.

Meta delivery is handled separately from our main distribution. It has to be, because Facebook and Instagram match a recording to your accounts — and if that link is missing, or the same recording is already claimed by another distributor, your own posts get muted or taken down.

Fill this in once per release. Anything you're unsure of, leave blank and say so at the bottom.

Your Meta accounts

This is the part that stops you being blocked. Music links to a Facebook Page, not a personal profile, and Instagram has to be connected to that Page.

Facebook Page URL Facebook Page ID (numeric) Page → About → scroll to Page ID. More reliable than the URL, which can change. Instagram handle Instagram account type Music features need Creator or Business. Is Instagram linked to that Facebook Page? Meta Business Portfolio ID (if you have one)

Tracks and ISRCs

One row per recording. The ISRC is what Meta matches on — without it nothing can be linked to you.

Rights

We ask because a claim on a recording you don't fully control causes takedowns for everyone involved, including you.

Do you own 100% of the master? If not, who else owns it and what share? Do you control the publishing? PRO Any samples or interpolations? If yes, what and is it cleared?

Songwriters and splits

Anything already on Meta?

Has this recording already been delivered to Facebook or Instagram? If it has, we need the old delivery removed first — two claims on one recording is the most common reason artists get blocked. If yes, by which distributor?

Anything else we should know

I confirm I hold the rights to this recording, or I am authorised to act for whoever does, and I authorise Music Label Group to register and manage the rights claim for it on Facebook and Instagram.
