AI Transparency – New Metadata Requirements

As the use of artificial intelligence in music creation continues to grow, streaming services are introducing new requirements for transparency around AI-generated and AI-assisted content.

To accommodate the new requirements from Apple Music and Spotify, we will be implementing support for AI Transparency metadata across our delivery system.

The new functionality will allow you to indicate when AI has been used in the creation of music delivered through Frontstage and, where required, specify which elements of the content involve AI.
